Phone Interview followed by an in person interview, followed by an optional, but actually mandatory Job fair mass interview that was run like a speed dating thing. I say mandatory because it was strongly implied that it would be a good idea to come... even though "you don't have to if you don't want to since you already interviewed twice."

I came in for two in-person interviews. The first interview was a general one-on-one interview with the development team manager. The second interview included one of the lead developers, as well, and was more technical and included a code challenge. Both interviews were pretty low-pressure and everyone was very friendly.
