Overall very nice process They look into strong basics of JAVA ,Spring and communication skills also will look into your willingness to learn skills There was 2 rounds 1 technical - 30-40 minutes discussion 2nd HR - at office , basic self questions and package discussion

Entrevista
Interviewing isn’t just a skill, it’s an art which these guys have been so good at.
The Hr people are so nice, but that's just starters for you. Where you get screwed is the Technical panel who grill people with technology.
I personally did well but still I wasn't up to their mark and didn't get selected. We understand that your company is technically strong but still you should give room for trainable people like me who always wanted to work on the latest skillset. The way the technical interview went was like proving that they are technically good whereas I wasn't.
You may need to understand that guys like me have been working with big companies where technology part is restricted, that is why we come to you. We don't come to you for you to showoff your technology stuffs to candidate. Anyways, im not writing a negative review here, it is just what I felt.
My request to you - Please accommodate guys who like to work in latest technologies and want to be with your for longer time.
