The interview process was 2 part -- The first was at the main offices, and was conducted by my potential supervisor. The second interview was at the house I'd be managing, and included the adults whose home I'd be managing. I was able to get a fairly good understanding of what the job would entail: who I'd be working for, who I'd be supervising, and who the adults were that I'd be supporting.
