Very simple interview. Submitted application and got called in for interview. It was a pretty normal interview and not that intense. They got back at a decent time too. Hours seemed flexible enough considering everything. Good team and busy store

very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
