Why do I need to do multiple steps to even be considered for an interview. Everything is also subjected to an AI-reviewed process, which means I’m doing the work to be declined prematurely by a robot.

Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
