O processo levou 4 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Starbucks (Chico, CA) em abr. de 2021
Entrevista
I interviewed for a barista position at Starbucks and overall it was a really positive experience. The atmosphere felt relaxed but still professional. My interviewer was friendly and started with some light conversation to ease the nerves before moving into the actual questions.
Most of the interview focused on customer service scenarios, such as how I would handle long lines, difficult customers, or a wrong drink order. They also asked about teamwork and how comfortable I was working in a fast-paced environment. Nothing felt tricky or unexpected; it was more about showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
The store tour at the end was a nice touch. I got to see how fast everything moves behind the counter and ask a few questions about scheduling and training. They explained the benefits clearly and emphasized that they value growth within the company.Overall, the interview felt straightforward, welcoming, and aligned with Starbucks’ brand. I left feeling confident and appreciated, even if I was not guaranteed the role.
