The interviewer was friendly and professional. The entire process was quite relaxing, it was like having a small talk with a new friend. The interviewer did not challenge me but rather asking me things in a very nice way. I was given a task to discuss the current economic situation in the country. Overall saying, it was a pleasant meeting. The interviewer also explained the what the intern will be doing if he got the position and some benefits during the working hour.

The interview process went smoothly, and I appreciated how welcoming and friendly everyone was. It created a comfortable environment that made it easier to express myself and engage in meaningful conversations.

Entrevista
3 one on one interviews with each member of the team. Then given final decision a week after the final interview. Didn't seem like team members discussed before each interview. They discuss candidate after all interviews are complete.
