I applied online and got a call within a week or so, and I set up an interview within two days of the call. I went in for the interview and I thought I did pretty well but wasn't called for the position.

The interview was short and straight forward. They ask about availability and previous employment. No complicated questions. The interviews take place in the cafe of one of the starbucks stores.

very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
