Fitting in with the culture of the company is the most important thing. This company is very relationship oriented. Be fun and flexible and know the job you're interviewing for. Make sure you negotiate everything you want upfront because getting it changed after you're hired is very difficult. Get everything in writing.

A few days after submitting my resume online, an HR recruiter emails me to set up a phone screening. I was asked a few questions about my background, resume, and salary requirement. Then she asked me to rate myself on a few technical skills. It was a pretty standard HR screening, and the recruiter was very forthcoming and friendly on the phone. She told me that she would forward my information onto the hiring manager and would get back to me with a response either way. Though she told me that she would let me know the status the following week, I never heard back from her.

regular phone and onsite interview. was asked basic tech knowledge. no much data structure and algorithm related. they like to have a group interview, with minimum 2 people. they like to ask more behavior or experience related questions, so do prepare well on this area. onsite interview takes 4 hours, without lunch. so, prepare some snacks yourself. :)
