I was contacted by a recruiter within a few days of my application. A week after the first phone interview, I had a seond, more in depth phone interview with the same recruiter. About a week later I was contacted to go to a panel interview with two District Managers. This interview lasted approximately one hour. The questions were typical; "Tell me about a time..." - scenario type. 24 hours later I was notified that I was no longer being consdered for the position. I am not sure what advice to give others in respect to the interview process. I thought this went well, I have a deep retail management background including some coffee/barista experience. I was a surprised to be rejected so quickly, and still see the position posted on the Internet now, a month later.
