The people at Starbucks are very welcoming and kind. However, the interview itself is very selective. They are looking for specifics in their line of questioning. As far as advice for interviewing for this position, remember the STAR method of story telling. they want to test your communication skills.

There were two interviews, both were virtual. The first was with two district managers, and if you pass the first, you move on to the second, much shorter interview with a regional manager. You are also in contact with the recruiter throughout the process.

One interview with recruiter and one with two district managers - not a terribly long process but took about a month. Interview with recruiter was pretty basic. The first was a phone interview the second was zoom.

Entrevista
I recently interviewed for the Assistant Store Manager position at Starbucks and had a great experience. The process was well-organized, and the recruiters were communicative throughout. I had an interview with the District Managers, who were very professional, patient, and engaging. They asked behavioral-based questions using the STAR method, focusing on leadership, problem-solving, and operational challenges. I appreciated how they created a welcoming environment and allowed me to fully express my experience and skills.
