Quick & Easy. Recruiter was efficient and friendly. Very quickly shared details about comp and position duties. I felt informed and prepared to make next steps decisions. The total rewards package was as not a good fit but the experience with the company recruiter was.
Two people interviewed me, fairly standard set of questions like self-introduction, past work experience, reason for seeking a new job, why did you choose Starbucks as part of your job search, etc.
