Overall it was fairly standard and quick. Focused primarily on previous customer service experience or ability to learn customer service skills if no previous experience was applicable. Previous experience in food service or retail seemed to be a plus.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
