-about an hour with the hiring manager
-about an hour with the up level chief officer
-a case study that was 2-3 hours
-an onsite that was 3+ hours with the owner, skip level boss, a peer, and boss.

A lot about the culture deck, how intense your previous organization was and why insurance if you did not have insurance experience.
Really poor interview process. Applied for one position that they didn’t interview me for and interviewed me for 2 other positions. Learned nothing of why I would want the job in those two interviews. Disappointing.
