Entrevista
Group activity working with another person to write down ideas and then present to the group. Then used a phone and test script do a dummy phone call to test phone skills. Followed by online test of skills including wpm. Followed by second interview on separate day with 2 managers.

Entrevista
Pretty basic and short, involved a group briefing and then a quick one on one interview. Would have been pretty hard to "fail" the interview in my opinion. A big contract the company is ramping up for so would appear strategy is get them in, natural attrition will sort out the rest. Whether this is a good strategy or not is questionable.
