Process had 3 steps: first, quick conversation with hr/recruiter call, then a short meeting wth design team (background discussion, get to know each other better), then on the third meeting there’s portfolio review (walkthrough by case) and a whiteboard challenge when you choose the task, and a discussion on selected problem (meeting conducted by designers).
