I had a call from the HR detective while I was abroad on a trip, which made her suspect I was residing in the UK. She insisted on not offering adjustments to have an online interview. Then, she spoke in African French to test my language skills and only listened to three sentences. Based on my experience, I can conclude that StoneX is misleading the candidates on arranging an interview with the hiring managers, ignoring their relevant work experience and language skills. They are not responding to follow-up emails from candidates they reach out to initially, which I think doesn't comply with the company values and weakens the employer branding. Imagine a relationship manager doing the same to a client!
