Typical GMAT quant, 37 questions in 70 minutes. Second step, two rounds of two case interviews. First round a case interview with a Senior Associate and a Manganer. Second Round case and fit interview with the officePartners.
Colloquio con HR + 3 business case: 1 sizing + 2 casi strutturati in ambito Financial Discipline (ossia quella in cui sarei stato inserito).

Super angenehme und wirklich interessierte Interviewer, mit denen man super connecten kann. Habe ich bei MBB anders erlebt. Klassisches Consulting Interview mit Personal fit und Case Study. Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

Entrevista
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
