Applied through career website, where they demanded only a resume. Was invited for an interview with three partners at the firm. It started off with the typical fit questions followed by a case study.

Smooth but very long time to receive the final decision. Took about 3
-4 weeks to do all the interviews, 2 rounds of 2 inteviews but waited over a month for a final answer
2 -45 minute interviews half case and half behavioral, first round is an assessment that looks at your interpersonal skills and strengths and then you move directly into the superday
