4 interviews, each 1h over Zoom:
Each was with a principal or partners, nice to have the senior attention from the beginning. Very open and nice discussions on eye level. Each contained a small case, like market sizing, drafting an investment deck - not too hard if you structure yourself.
Made a real effort to hire me and make my time worthwhile, a good experience. Very nice but professional people - also confirmed in personal talks with current employees not involved in the hiring process.

Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial

Entrevista
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
