1st round interview: structured and unstructured case study. Unstructured involved a lot of traditional interview style questions alongside a market sizing question. Structured case study was timed so it’s important to be quick.

2. Assessment centre (1 hour: 30 mins case, 30 mins behavioral)
The behavioral was like any other consulting firm but the case study was more like an unstructured case study.
I applied for a selective insight programme, passed the game based assessment and initial screenings, attended the insight programme which was composed of presentations, workshops and networking sessions. They asked me to submit CV and cover letter again and I received an invitation to assessment centre.
