Entrevista
1st round: 2 case study interviews (one structured - meaning you get a booklet of 10+ pages to read before you begin, one unstructured - meaning you can get asked pretty much anything the interviewer would like, including things on the CV) + diagrammatic and numerical tests (not different from the ones you do online) + written report test (not difficult, just time-pressured)
2nd round: 2 case study interview (similar to the ones you get in first round) + presentation (30 mins to read through a booklet of 15-20 pages, and come up with a presentation immediately afterwards; very time-pressured) + group exercise (typical big 4 AC group exercise)
Interviewers were friendly, but the most engaged interviewer allegedly failed my part of the interview. So friendliness may not be a good gauge of the outcome, as with most interviews.

Super angenehme und wirklich interessierte Interviewer, mit denen man super connecten kann. Habe ich bei MBB anders erlebt. Klassisches Consulting Interview mit Personal fit und Case Study. Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

Entrevista
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
