Got to the final stage. They asked the finalists to do an aptitude test 24hours before the decision as the decider. Too much pressure after a day going into office and presenting.

El proceso de entrevista consta de dos etapas clave. La primera entrevista es una llamada telefónica realizada por el departamento de Recursos Humanos (RH), en la cual se lleva a cabo en inglés. Esta etapa tiene como principal objetivo comprobar el dominio del idioma del candidato y su habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva en dicho lenguaje. Una vez superada esta fase, el candidato avanza a la segunda entrevista, que es presencial. En este encuentro, se reúne con los Managers de la empresa, quienes profundizan en sus habilidades, experiencia y aptitud para el puesto en cuestión. Es una oportunidad para que ambas partes se conozcan mejor y determinen si existe un buen encaje entre el aspirante y la organización.

Entrevista
The whole process was smooth. First applied through the website and then got called back for an interview with a senior engineer. The interview lasted 35 minutes with general behavioural questions and to know your interest to work in the company. The interview was more general and cool. But its been more than one month but I haven't heard back from them. That is the one back drop of the interview process.
