Kind and informative recruiters. I don't know if the specifics would apply to other positions, but the hiring manager and the engineers in the team were very accomodating to my questions and concerns.
Relatively short. Asked a lot if questions on experience. Not a lot of 'trip up' questions. Interviewers gave a great impression of the company. Went through my CV and then onto HR blurb.
