Entrevista
I applied online and had a call inviting me for an interview about a week later. The interview was in two parts: shop floor exercise and then a 1:1 interview with the manager. The shop floor exercise involved shadowing a sales assistant and they showed me how to use the till and then let me have a go. The interview lasted about 15-20 minutes with a few typical questions, nothing too difficult. It was friendly and informal.

it was rather swift its better to go in with your cv and availability. they like it when people are able to work immediately. the staff are usually quite chill Superdrug is a rather laxed environment

It was a fairly easy interview; it's best to stay calm and answer the questions correctly. It would be best to be knowledgeable about things in store. It's a few questions about previous experience and why you would be a good addition to the team.

Asking about customer service experinece and also how i can bring my skills there and support customers and sell products for the company, it was a quick interview, didnt take long. very friendly.
