This company is unprofessional. Kept a job posting up only to respond that they hired internally within 3 days after I applied. Usually this is not a big deal but their application process asked open ended question where I took the time to fill it out. This could've been avoided by better planning and better management of job postings.

The process was well organized from an People Ops perspective, but rather archaic from a content perspective. Most interviews indexed heaviliy on puzzles and verbal cases a la FAANG circa 2015 era rather than the more research backed methods
