The interview process was progressive and well-structured. It started with an initial conversation with HR to get to know me better, understand my experience, skills, and expectations. After that, I had interviews with team members, followed by an assessment. Once I completed the assessment, I met with directors from different tribes to determine the best fit for my profile. Overall, the process felt thorough and aligned with finding the right match on both sides.

Really good interview and onboarding process. They asked relevant questions about my work experience, what I want, and how the company works. I talked with three different people through the process, from the HR team to creatives, and all of them were really nice and welcoming when talking to me and answering all of my questions.
