The interview process progressed smoothly; the individuals I had the opportunity to speak with were always friendly and kind. Unfortunately, in the final stage of the process (Case Study), I encountered some personal situations that prevented this stage from flowing smoothly, and we were unable to proceed to the next one. I would have loved to be a part of the team; it truly appears to be an excellent place to work, with a good atmosphere, friendly people, and professional growth opportunities.

There are four different steps. 1. interview with HR. 2. Assessment. 3. Interview with leader. 4. Accept or Decline. From the beginning, everyone was kind and helpful, making the communication easy and comfortable. As the process went on, it kept getting better.
