However, one moment during the interview made me feel uncertain. When I asked about the company’s working hours, the director responded by asking whether it mattered to me. I felt slightly uncomfortable with this response because asking about working hours is a normal and reasonable question, especially since I am currently employed and need to understand how the schedule would affect my work–life balance. As a candidate, I believe it is my right to have clarity on working conditions before making any decision. This interaction left me unsure about the company’s expectations and culture, even though the rest of the interview was acceptable.

SJ Interview Process (Summary): Very easy and conversational. Focuses mainly on your background and personality. Common questions include: “Tell me about yourself.” “What are you looking for in this role?” “What kind of projects or work are you interested in?” They might also explain what project you’ll be dealing with if selected.
