We were first sat down at tables, which would later form our groups. The interview process began with a brief Introduction to the company, outlining values, locations and who they are as branch. This was then followed by a group styling activity where we had to work as a team and create an outfit from the rail of clothes and then present back to the group. Finally the interview concluded with individual interviews where they went around in a circle and asked us each 2 questions.

The process began with a the managers giving us an introduction of the company and its values. This then was followed by a role play scenario from which we were required to create an outfit with our team members then sell this outfit. Towards the end we had a group interview.
