An extremely unprofessional process. I never got to the actual interview process. After receiving an email replying to my application they asked if I would take a behavioral assessment which turned out to be a intrusive, and triggering, personality test and an IQ test. After I completed these assessments they asked me to complete a task for them. The task was 6 pages long and poorly formatted - it took me an hour just to read through it the first time. I withdrew my application as I recognized the dangers of working for organizations like this - if they delivered project requirements in this same mess, daily tasks would be almost impossible to complete efficiently. They continued to email me ignoring my withdrawal from their application process.
