Recruited by the company and applied for a Sr. Designer job. Interview process was straight forward. First was a panel of 3 people with the design team going over my portfolio and past experiences. Then a follow-up with a recruiter. This felt a bit backwards from other companies. After that I was told that I'm the top candidate and strung along for 3 weeks while they sorted things out on their end. Ended up not getting an offer because they decided to stop hiring remote and felt I was overqualified for the role.

They asked me to walk-through a project on my portfolio as well as some behavioral questions. One question was about how I handle feedback from non-creative/designer side of the business.

Entrevista
Thorough and efficient. Started with a recruiter, then when it was time to meet the employers, they had a well-curated schedule. I got to meet with agency personnel across all departments. We ensured the personality fit as well as the experience fit was right.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. They were all were held virtually. They went in-depth in my experience. The process was very quick and took under 3 weeks from the first interview to the last interview.
