It runs smoothly and in a very friendly manner. I've been interviewed by one employee and another one took some notes. After finishing the interview, they thanked me for coming.

Interview process was quite quick, about 2 weeks. Normal competency based questions, just asked in a weird way. In the interview I felt a bit uncomfortable as they were talking badly about the current staff and didn't seem like a good work culture.

Entrevista
Applied specifically to the fraud operations department. Submitted my CV and received the screening call after about a week, which was simply 'why do you want to work with TSB and how would you deal with a difficult customer'. Received an email and then another call to arrange an interview on-site (which they double-booked, lol). Interview was pretty standard but as someone who has no call-taking experience I missed some key criteria. There were six 'provide an example' questions and one 'scenario based' question. As promised I received a decision within two days and am waiting feedback. Lovely staff throughout, disappointed I didn't get the job.

Describe a time you did not deliver to the best of your ability ('what is your biggest weakness' essentially)
What does good customer service mean to you?
