behavioral questions only. very typical questions focused on leadership, collaboration, navigating challenges, strategic mindset, etc. it was 2 45 minute interviews back to back with a director-level employee. i did not make it past 1st round but i know there is a second round "superday"

The interview consisted of a networking event and two 30 minute interviews. Standard questions you would expect from this type of interview in pharma (behavioral and situational) but interviewers deviated to personal conversation regularly. Some interviewers were easier/harder than others. Difficult to know how you did.
