Entrevista
I met HR manager, followed by a Talent Lead. Both very welcoming. As you would expect, HR focussed more on motivations whilst the second stage involved more scenario based questioning (based upon my experience hiring technologists in Romania).

3 stage process. Everyone I met was very friendly. Process is well thought out. Initial call with Recruiter, followed by a meeting with one of their Leads. Final interview is a sourcing task.
