This seemed to be a fairly standard process. It consisted of the initial screening, hiring manager, and finished with panel interviews. The process spanned roughly a month. The decision was made quickly.
Poor communication between hiring manager and recruiter. Got conflicting information from the two. Stood up by the hiring manager at 3rd interview- after waiting 20 minutes for an in person meeting, I was told she wasn’t coming. It was rescheduled twice before it actually happened. In the end, I was ghosted.
