Entrevista
I was contacted through a recruiter at school and applied through the website. After that I had a brief phone interview, which mainly served to measure my interest in the program. Finally, I had an in person interview which started with teaching a 5 minute lesson (you had to finish within 5 minutes), then a group discussion, a problem solving test, and finally finished with a one-on-one interview.

Entrevista
The interview was very different from most interviews but I was definitely well-prepared with the resources that TFA had offered in preparation. My interviewer was very nice and it often felt like a conversation between us about whatever question was asked which was nice.
