Each interview throughout the process was a bit different. The phone interview seemed rather impersonal as a woman all the way across the country read off a sheet of questions for me to answer. TFA was very interested in numbers verses activities/involvement etc. The full day interview was very organized and overall a good experience. If you can get over being in a room of fellow interviewees who are out to look better than you, than you'll be fine. Be yourself, I walked into the room in a leopard print dress and taught a lesson on the color wheel for 4th graders and they loved it! No need to do another lesson on fractions. Nothing is "hard" to do, just a lot of pressure because of the length/formality of it.

What are the 5 biggest issues in the education crisis and how would you present a plan to your principal to remedy these in your classroom?
The interview was relaxed and they were certainly there to help. They made it clear they would help you through the whole process of becoming a teacher with your own mentor guiding you.
