Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Teach for America (San Francisco, CA) em nov. de 2011
Entrevista
- 45 min phone screening
- Went to building in SF and taught a lesson. Every candidate was in the room while this occurred. I came prepared with handouts and pencils. On a small white board, you needed to write down your grade level, subject, and specific lesson.
- They placed a lot of emphasis on my extracurricular activity. It was annoying since I had graduated from university a couple years ago and at the time of the interview, I was working on my credential. They asked me nothing about my teaching experience which to me, would have seemed like the most relevant questions to ask.
