In the final interview, 2 TFA recruiters watched our teaching presentations, facilitated a mock discussion between interviewees, administered a short test on data, and told us of their own experience in the program.

The interview was relaxed and they were certainly there to help. They made it clear they would help you through the whole process of becoming a teacher with your own mentor guiding you.
