O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Teach for America (Atlanta, GA) em mar. de 2011
Entrevista
TFA makes it very clear what the expectations are from their website. No surprises and they are very open to answering questions. Went through the whole process to the final interview, which included a phone interview/screen and a essay questions/written exercise. Then the final interview you perform your prepared 5 minute lesson plan and then also there is a group interview as well as a 1 on 1 individual interview which included a role play. I felt like I did fairly well throughout the process, since most of it seemed pretty straight forward, but I guess I was not what they were looking for.
The interview was relaxed and they were certainly there to help. They made it clear they would help you through the whole process of becoming a teacher with your own mentor guiding you.

They asked me to walk them through a case study, explaining how I would approach the problem, structure my analysis, and recommend a solution. They focused on my thought process, communication, and ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
