I applied for the SQA Intern role via the Techcare portal. The process was smooth:
Completed a TestGorilla assessment.
Had a friendly interview with the Project Manager and HR.
They offered me the internship after a vast evaluation process. They promised during recruitment that good performance could lead to a permanent role. After 3 months as an intern, they made me a permanent employee as committed.
The team helped me fit perfectly into the supportive, collaborative culture. Great learning opportunities, approachable colleagues, and good work-life balance.

The interview process at TechCare was exceptionally well-structured and professional. It began with a TestGorilla assessment, followed by multiple rounds including technical and managerial interviews. What stood out most was the excellent communication throughout - I was kept informed at every stage with timely updates. The technical interview was particularly impressive, with knowledgeable and friendly interviewers who created a comfortable atmosphere that allowed me to perform at my best. The managerial round was equally welcoming, with clear guidance provided about the role and expectations. Overall, the entire process was transparent, respectful of my time, and gave me genuine insight into the company culture.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience interviewing with T3chCare Inc. for a Senior Flutter Developer role. The process dragged on for over two months, consisting of four grueling rounds: a TestGorilla coding test, a technical interview with the CTO, a detailed project assessment, and finally an interview with the CEO. Throughout, they kept stringing me along, raising false hopes that I was just "one step away" from an offer.
Despite fully completing the project assessment, implementing all core functionalities, adding comprehensive tests, and setting up CI/CD pipelines, I received zero feedback after the CEO round. I even reviewed other candidates' publicly submitted repositories and saw that none of them met all the requirements like I did. Yet, it became clear the selection was based on something other than merit.
This isn't just poor hiring practice; it's downright disrespectful. In a critical job market, wasting candidates' time and effort like this, especially when the "winner" seems pre-decided, is unethical. Avoid T3chCare Inc. if you value your sanity and time.
