Release process is common for everyone in theory but might vary from one org to another. So we need to know the end to end process flow in release management. Basically in release management first we need to do prepare proper roadmap, Plan, design, implementation, and monitoring and closing process documents and according to them we need to have checkpoints to monitor the progress of individuals as well as for whole team. If any impediments in any stage release manager has to coordinate with the specific stakeholders and resolve the issue. Maintain and monitor the environment health also taken care by the release manager to release the product on-time.
