At my PR internship I do a large amount of data entry specifically putting the data into MS Excel for others to pull at a later date. I thought for the type and amount of data that it would be more efficient to put this data in MS Access in order to create queries and reports. My co-workers however do not currently use and /or do not know how to use MS Access, so I am trying to implement this idea as well as "train" my colleagues on how to use a different system for data.
