I applied for the Technical Talent program for engineering students. At first there was a very quick phone interview, after which I recieved a time for a 1:1 interview with a HR Services company; there the questions mostly dealt with what your interests are, why you've applied to the program, if you have good leaderships abilities and how you have applied them, etc. After this I got another interview with an engineer at Tetra Pak, which was pretty similar but with a couple of questions where you were supposed to estimate stuff ("How many people does it take to clean all the windows in this country?" and similar stuff).
