The stragest interview process ever... The process tooked about two months, interview plus case study plus role play. The conclusion was positive with the feedback that I would receive the offer in 48 hours. The next day they decided to have another interview and no feedback was given for more than a week. After i have sent them a few emails they have replied that I will be contacted shortly, but still no phone call or email. In the end after I have sent them an email with a negative feedback they have replied that the process will not be continued. No explanation why they have changed their mind. It seems that a internal fight for power was inside the organization...
