Contacted by HR within a week after sending my CV and motivation. 4 days later I had the HireVue interview. The next day, HR called me to schedule an interview for the week after. Very quick process and transparency from HR and all Tetra Pak employees.

Video interview with AI system company. Even though it was stated AI is not used it seems weird to search for the video interview company and mainly get results about its use of AI. The company is also used as an example of bad AI ethics. The remaining interview process is good, but this part should be reviewed. A tip is also to investigate how the system judges people beforehand.
