Entrevista
The way of communication between staff and recruitment was by email , in which I got the instructions for the first INTERVIEW BY SKYPE .
From that moment I conducted three tests in which the skills and knowledge in engineering were evaluated , such as the mechanical area, electrical area , area of automation .
All tests were performed in a professional manner and familiar form , which did not feel any concern or fear for those tests.

pure technical and needs someone with good knowledge and experience, such as hydraulics and pneumatics, PLC, electrical control, basic mechanical knowledge, and how to install and read circuit diagrams, how to put a forecast plan together

The interview process is very long. It consist of an online test and multiple interviews. It took 3 months from the time I applied to the time I got an offer. Co-workers have told me their situations were similar.
