it is a three step process. Pretty easy if you are observant, good listener and methodical in approach. first is the usual on campus test which is quite easy. on second step they will call you for a technical assessment at their HQ. and lastly you will have a interview with technical director.
pure technical and needs someone with good knowledge and experience, such as hydraulics and pneumatics, PLC, electrical control, basic mechanical knowledge, and how to install and read circuit diagrams, how to put a forecast plan together

The interview process is very long. It consist of an online test and multiple interviews. It took 3 months from the time I applied to the time I got an offer. Co-workers have told me their situations were similar.
