Candidatei-me online. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela The Cigna Group (Chattanooga, TN) em ago. de 2014
Entrevista
I applied for Cigna towards the end of July. A day or two after I completed and submitted the application, I received an email follow-up with some questions and a good time to schedule a phone interview. I never got an email back and days later I then continued to follow-up with the person. The day after that I received an email about her apologizing about her being late responding and told me to call ASAP. Once I called I done the phone interview right then and there! The recruiter wasn't pleasant for someone recruiting for a customer service associate position. She asked questions such as: Name a time when you worked under pressure? Name a time when you had to work in a team setting? Recall a time you had to handle an out rate customer?
After 10-20 minutes on the phone she told me the process that would happen once she submitted me.
I didn't get the position.

I was referred through a friend.
And on the next day i had to give the in office interview.
I was fully prepared and the interview went very good. the interviewer was impressed by my answer and it was evident enough.
by the end of the interview the interviewer did ask me about the person who refer me and about the CTC that i last had in my previous organization. and just then Interviewers face went low and he became serious for no reason. though he was talking to me professionally, but he was a bit skeptical and was asking me unnecessary question that was not even related to the role or the process.
Later the only reason why they rejected my application was because my previous package was higher then what they had a budget for this role.
I agreed with the offer, but still they were concerned as the the interviewer had a very off mindset with the person who referred me.
and without giving any feed back, they just kept an email stating that my profile doesn't aligns with the requirement.
and technically i have 4+ years of experience in Customer Consultant for B2C, B2B and C2B customers with SaaS and Telecom tools.
I felt very bad, as they really bought there own personal agenda in between a candidate and the job the candidate is applying for.
I had a phone screen with a virtual interview it was easy and more of a get to know you interview. The interview process was an easy process. she only asked me 5 situational questions
